CONDOLENCES: KAGISHO KGOMO

We are saddened to hear about the death of Kagisho Kgomo; a well known Gymnast and Rope Skipping Coach and Athlete from the Free State.

We all loved him and will forever keep him in our heart.

On behalf of the South African Gymnastics Federation we would like to send our condolences to the Kgomo family.

We wish you strength and peace at this difficult time.

Qwa-Qwa Free State Albany Competition

It is cold and windy but that doesn't stop Qwa-Qwa from jumping this weekend outside. Over 300 rope skippers will compete in the Albany Cup. Good luck to them!
