Western Cape
The boys in Khayelitsha, Cape Town, improved a lot. Bike who wansn't in the national team for Canada worked very hard and is now mastering lot's of quints. Sbu, Masixole and Terrence are doing great and showed of with a display at Camps Bay just for fun including a nice swim in the very cold ocean. Keep on going great!
Telkom Rope Skipping Advert
The new Telkom advert is on air, some of our national team members are proudly jumping and promoting our sport. We will upload the advert as soon as possible to this website.
Eastern Cape
In the Eastern Cape rope skipping is starting to become really developed with the help of SAGF. We have a project running in all the special schools and also in prison rope skipping is going on! The best coaches are having a coaching workshop today and tomorrow. We are also looking forwards to the next rope skipping camp here in Port Elizabeth from the 30th of march till the 5th of april.
Thaba Nchu, Free State
DSB is still working hard in the hot summer sun and they got a new talent in the team! After getting the cross combo's, the quads and the quints right now also the gymnastic level is improving. They are looking forwards to the next competition. The new pairs freestyle from Lebogang and Eric looks imagzing.

We did follow up workshop in sasolberg and the team is really improving! Congrats to Andries and Edwin for there great coaching work!
